Conduct
These apply to clients, partners and venue hosts equally.
- Keep bookings on the platform. Soliciting or accepting payment off Vynue voids every protection and is grounds for suspension.
- Be who you say you are. Misrepresenting your identity, your photos, or passing a booking to somebody else ends an account.
- Honour what was agreed. The booking is the agreement — the date, the duration, and what is being provided.
- Nobody is obliged to do anything not agreed in advance. A partner may decline a request made during a booking, and may leave a booking that is unsafe or materially different from what was booked.
- No harassment. Reportable from any conversation, and acted on.
Breaking these leads to suspension, which removes access to bookings, messaging and payouts.
